Based on an eponymous book, Awakenings is the story of Dr. Malcolm Sayer and his miraculous discovery of a drug that seems to awaken patients from their catatonic state, including Leonard Lowe. But in a twist of fate, the effects of the drug are temporary leading to an altercation between Sayer, played by Robin Williams, and Lowe, portrayed by Robert De Niro.

Three sisters Lee, Holly and Hannah, reunite after two years at a Thanksgiving party. Things take a turn when Hannah discovers that her husband is actually having an affair with her sister, Lee. 

This comedy drama film tells the story of Joe, a nostalgic, who looks back at the golden age of the radio, and remembers his childhood memories.

This comedy film written and directed by Woody Allen also stars him in the lead as a successful writer named Harry Block. It follows Block on his way to receive an honorary degree from the university which once threw him out. Accompanying him on the drive are a prostitute, a friend and his son.

Kleinman is a timid bookkeeper, who wanders around town and tries his best in finding a dangerous serial killer who is on the loose.  

Alice Tate is a housewife living in New York who is married to a wealthy man named Doug. She spends most of her time shopping, getting beauty treatment and gossiping with her friends. Things take a turn when she falls for a handsome jazz musician named Joe. She finds herself mysteriously attracted to him, and experiences guilt for this, which manifests itself in the form of a backache.   

A Walk on the Moon is a romantic drama film which tells the story of Pearl, who lives with her husband Marty and their daughter, in New York City. Since Marty is able to see his family only on weekends, Pearl begins to feel lonely and isolated. Things take a turn when she begins to fall for a good-looking and free-spirited man named Walker, who is a traveling salesman.

Michael Newman is unable to spend more time with his family while he is pursuing his dream promotion at work. He wishes for a universal remote to control his life, and gets one from the eccentric inventor Morty. He pauses, skips and rewinds through his life until he eventually realizes that he has lost control of his life altogether.

New York Stories is an anthology drama film which tells us three different stories, all of them taking place in New York. The first one tells the story of Lionel, a middle-aged artist, who is infatuated with his assistant. The second story revolves around a 12 year old girl who lives in a luxurious hotel. The third one deals with a New York lawyer dealing with his possessive mother.     

Basketball referee Mickey travels to France to bury his deceased father. He meets Ellen, an airline employee who help Mickey to find the casket that is lost by the airline. As they spend time together, they fall for each other but a trail of things threaten to pull them apart.

After her relationship with her boyfriend turns sour, Jane, a production assistant for a talk show, writes a column on the relationship habits of men. Little did she realize that it would gain her national popularity.

Dr. Doolittle, a noted surgeon, hits his head on the windshield while swerving his car to avoid running over a dog. It triggers in him a long dormant gift, enabling him to understand what animals and birds are saying and communicate with them. Although initially skeptical, he finally learns to appreciate his gifts and starts treating both animals and humans. 

A combination of three short segments, the spoof satirizes personal growth movies, soap operas, and other popular genres. The first segment, Growing Yourself ,satirizes family movies, the second, Success Wanters focuses on movies showing women looking for success and the third, Municipalians mocks law and order dramas.  

Due to his negligence, Homer Simpson ends up contaminating the lake of Springfield town which consequentially gets imprisoned in a large glass dome by the EPA. The angry residents attack the Simpson family who escape but return later when the EPA head decides to destroy the town. A selfish Homer, too, has a change of heart and decides to save his town from destruction.
