Seth Green made his silver screen debut in the 1984 comedy film ‘Billions for Boris’ directed by Alexander Grasshoff. That same year, he also starred as "Egg" Berry in the British-American comedy-drama film ‘The Hotel New Hampshire’ directed by Tony Richardson. Even though the film opened to a positive reception, it failed to perform at the box office. He next starred in films like ‘Willy/Milly’ (1986), ‘Radio Days’ (1987), ‘Can't Buy Me Love’ (1987), ‘Big Business’ (1988), ‘My Stepmother Is an Alien’ (1988), ‘Pump Up the Volume’ (1990), ‘Our Shining Moment’ (1991), and ‘The Double 0 Kid’ (1992). In 1992, he made an uncredited appearance as a vampire in the American comedy horror film ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ directed by Fran Rubel Kuzui. The film received a mixed response from critics but managed to come out as a moderate commercial success, grossing over $16.6 million on a budget of $7 million. He continued to star in films like ‘Ticks’ (1993), ‘Arcade’ (1993), ‘Airborne’ (1993), ‘White Man's Burden’ (1995), ‘To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday’ (1996), ‘Boys Life 2’ (1997), ‘Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery’ (1997), ‘Can't Hardly Wait’ (1998), and ‘Idle Hands’ (1999).Â
In 1999, Green joined the voice cast of the American adult animated sitcom ‘Family Guy’ where he grabbed the voice role of ‘Chris Griffin.’ The series is all set to return for a 21st season in September 2022. He next appeared in television series and shows such as ‘100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd’ (1999-2000), ‘MADtv’ (2000-2005), ‘Greg the Bunny’ (2002), ‘That '70s Show’ (2003-2004), ‘Married to the Kellys’ (2004), and ‘Will & Grace’ (2005). In 2005, he came together with Matthew Senreich and created the American adult animated stop motion sketch comedy television series ‘Robot Chicken.’ The series completed its 20th season in April 2022. Green has also won 3 ‘Primetime Emmy Awards’ and 5 ‘Annie Awards’ for the show. He was next seen in television series like ‘Four Kings’ (2006), ‘Entourage’ (2006-2008), ‘Grey's Anatomy’ (2007), ‘Heroes’ (2008), ‘Titan Maximum’ (2009), ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ (2009-2010), ‘Warren The Ape’ (2010), ‘MAD’ (2011-2013), ‘Phineas and Ferb’ (2012-2014), ‘Conan’ (2013), ‘Dads’ (2013-2014), and ‘Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.’ (2013-2015).
