Jennifer Coolidge was first seen on-screen in one of the episodes of the popular American television sitcom, ‘Seinfeld’ in 1993. She made her big-screen debut in the 1995 film ‘Not of This Earth‘ directed by Terence H. Winkless. She continued on to appear in films like ‘A Bucket of Blood’ (1995), ‘Plump Fiction’ (1997), ‘Slappy and the Stinkers’ (1998), and ‘Brown's Requiem’ (1998). In 1999, she got her breakthrough role as ‘Jeanine Stifler’ in the American sex comedy coming of age film ‘American Pie.’ While the film received a mixed response from critics, it was a massive commercial success, grossing over $235.5 million against a budget of $11 million.

The film received mixed reviews from critics but managed to make big numbers at the box office. She continued to star in films like ‘Austenland’ (2013), ‘Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day’ (2014), ‘Hell and Back’ (2015), ‘The Emoji Movie’ (2017), ‘Promising Young Woman’ (2020), and ‘Arlo the Alligator Boy’ (2021).
