Parker Posey first appeared in the 1991 television film ‘First Love, Fatal Love.’ In 1993, she made her big-screen debut in the American science-fiction comedy film ‘Coneheads’ directed by Steve Barron. That same year, she also appeared in the American coming-of-age comedy film ‘Dazed and Confused’ where she played the role of ‘Darla Marks.’ The film received positive reviews from critics but failed to achieve success at the box office.
