Eugene Levy is a Canadian actor, comedian, writer, and director. He is best known for his role as ‘Noah Levenstein’ in all the 'American Pie’ films. He became popular after playing various characters in ‘SCTV’ (1976-84). In his long career he has appeared in a number of films, including  ‘The Secret Life of Girls’ (1999), ‘Serendipity’ (2001), ‘Cheaper by the Dozen 2’ (2005),  and ‘Madea's Witness Protection’ (2012). He was honored with Canada’s highest honor, ‘Governor General's Performing Arts Award,’ in 2008. He received his first ‘Emmy Award’ nomination for ‘Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series’ for the show ‘Schitt's Creek’ (2015-present), in 2019.  He has appeared in TV shows such as ‘Hiller and Diller’ (1997-98), ‘Package Deal’ (2013-14), and ‘Working the Engels’ (2014). In 2006, he received a star on ‘Canada’s Walk of Fame.’
