Wonderland is a crime mystery drama film which tells the story of a successful porn star John Holmes. His drug addiction starts affecting his life negatively, forcing him into prostitution. His wife as well as his teen girlfriend, thinks of leaving him. Things turn even worse as he gets involved with a drug lord.

This science fiction horror musical film takes us to the middle of the 21st century, where the world is plagued by a pandemic which causes people to experience organ failures. Eventually a biotech company launches an organ-financing program, which is similar to a car loan.
