Distinguished for her performance in the ABC sitcom, ‘Roseanne as Darlene Conner,’ Sara Gilbert decided to enter the showbiz at the age of six when she saw Melissa Gilbert getting a star on the ‘Hollywood Walk of Fame.’ In 1984, she did a series of commercials and also appeared in ‘Calamity Jane,’ a CBS TV movie.
