A thief pulling off one last heist, and a cop hell-bent on catching him; Heat has all the elements of a successful crime drama, complete with an all-star cast. How this game of cat and mouse plays out forms the crux of the movie, with plenty of action and drama to satisfy every viewer.

The film revolves around the lives of three women, Karen, Elizabeth, and Lucy. Karen is a physical therapist who regrets giving up her daughter for adoption during her teenage years. Meanwhile, Elizabeth, who was adopted as a child, is now having a successful career as a lawyer, but she is unhappy with her personal life. The film also tells the story of Lucy and her husband, who decides to adopt, after failing to conceive.

When Sylvia’s husband leaves her for younger woman, her friends Jocelyn and Bernadette, with Sylvia’s daughter Allegra, sci-fi fan Grigg, and French teacher Prudie, form a Jane Austen book club, to read and discuss one novel every month. As they delve deep in Austen’s classics, they find their life-courses interwoven with the narratives, which often offered wisdom and interpretations for their own trajectories.  

Nine Lives is a drama film which revolves around nine different women, as they struggle and try to deal with various problems in their lives, such as parent-child relationships, illness, death, etc.  

Seth, an angel whose responsibility is to guide deceased souls to the afterlife, is conflicted when he becomes attracted to young heart surgeon, Maggie Rice, while waiting for a man undergoing heart surgery. He makes up his mind when he meets Nathaniel, who was once an angel but decided to become a mortal to gain human senses.

After their house burns down mysteriously, killing their parents, they are placed in the foster care of Count Olaf. The children must find a way to survive a series of deadly events, planned by Olaf who wants to obtain the Baudelaire fortune.  

Jack Marcus is a writer and poet who teaches advanced writing at a school. Although he is suffering from writer’s block and hasn’t produced any original content for some time, he is the publisher of the school’s literary magazine. He gets into an argument with a new art instructor named Dina, about whether pictures are more important or words.

This romantic drama film tells us five different stories which are loosely tied to one another. The stories revolves around five different women who are each dealing with problems of their own such as loneliness, longing and dissatisfaction.  

A black comedy based on three couples, Your Friends & Neighbors explores sexual power play between three men and three women from different social classes.

Nikki is a young widow who is still struggling with the death of her husband Garret who had died in a drowning accident. She visits an art gallery which she often frequented with her husband, and is shocked to see a man who looks just like Garret. She gets acquainted to him, but she chooses not to tell him about his resemblance to her late husband. They soon become lovers, but this upsets Tom, her neighbor, who had hoped to attract her interest after Garret passed away.

Based on the Harvey Comics cartoon character, Casper the Friendly Ghost, this poignant and heartwarming film tells the story of Casper who becomes a ghost after his untimely death. The film’s visual effects and music score are spectacular, and its success spawned numerous sequels. 

Fear is a 1996 psychological thriller film, which revolves around a teenage girl, Nicole Walker, who develops a liking for a handsome and charming man named David McCall. However, David has a darker side, about which she is completely unaware of, which eventually turns her love into fear. 

Bye Bye Love is a romantic comedy film which revolves around the lives and lifestyles of three divorced men living in the Los Angeles area. The film is shown from their perspectives, and it revolves around their relationships with their kids, their girlfriends, former wives, friends, etc.

Forensic psychologist, Jack Gramm, was instrumental in the conviction and sentencing to death of serial killer Jon Forster. Nine years later, as the day of Forster’s execution approaches, copycat murders start happening and Gramm receives a call stating he has only 88 minutes to live.
