Avan Tudor Jogia is a Canadian actor best known for playing the lead character Danny Desai in the television thriller ‘Twisted’ (2013-14). Dropped out of middle school to pursue acting, Jogia moved to Los Angeles on the condition that if he fails to secure any role he will return to Canada and complete his schooling. However, he managed to find a role and debuted in the television film ‘A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story’ (2006). He then bagged a recurring role in the sitcom ‘Aliens in America’ (2007). He acted in the television show ‘Caprica’ (2009–10) before getting his big break with Nickelodeon’s ‘Victorious’ (2010-13). In the show, he shared screen space with Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice and Elizabeth Gillies. His filmography includes ‘Spectacular!’ (2009), ‘Finding Hope Now (2010)’, ‘I Am Michael’ (2015), ‘The Drowning’ (2016), ‘The Outcasts’ (2017), and ‘A Midsummer Night's Dream’ (2018).
