Thomas Grant Gustin first appeared in a video by Kid Fitness LLC titled ‘Kid Fitness Jungle Adventure Exercise.’ The following year, he starred as ‘Logan’ in the student film ‘Rain.’ Gustin made his first mainstream appearance in 2006 in the paranormal drama anthology television series ‘A Haunting.’ In 2011, he grabbed the role of ‘Sebastian Smythe’ in the musical comedy-drama television series ‘Glee.’ He remained a part of the show till 2013. Right after his exit from ‘Glee,’ Gustin joined the cast of the American teen drama television series ‘90210’ as ‘Campbell Price.’ In 2013, he got his breakthrough role as ‘Barry Allen / Flash’ in the American superhero television series ‘Arrow.’ He remained a part of the show until it went off-air in 2020.
In 2014, Gustin joined the main cast of the American superhero television drama series ‘The Flash’ where he reprised his role as ‘Barry Allen / Flash.’ His performance in the series has earned him several awards including 4 ‘Teen Choice Awards’ and a ‘Saturn Award.’ He has also appeared as ‘Barry Allen / Flash’ in shows like ‘Supergirl,’ ‘Legends of Tomorrow,’ and ‘Batwoman.’
Gustin made his big-screen debut in the 2014 drama film ‘Affluenza’ directed by Kevin Asch. The film opened to negative reviews with critics calling it an "an empty recasting of The Great Gatsby” and a "millennial-chiding takeoff on The Great Gatsby." He next appeared in the 2017 coming-of-age comedy-drama film ‘Krystal’ where he played the role of ‘Campbell Ogburn.’ The film saw its world premiere at the Virginia Film Festival and received negative reviews upon release, gaining an approval rating of 10% on Rotten Tomatoes. Gustin is all set to appear in the upcoming film ‘Operation Blue Eyes.’
