Garrett John Hedlund made his debut in the mythological epic ‘Troy’ (2004), followed by the sports-drama ‘Friday Night Lights’ (2004).
Hedlund got noticed for his roles in the crime-thriller ‘Four Brothers’ (2005) and the fantasy-adventure ‘Eragon’ (2006). In 2007, he starred in the comedy film ‘Georgia Rule,’ and the crime-thriller ‘Death Sentence.’ Next, he featured in the sci-fi/action ‘Tron: Legacy’ (2010), and the musical-drama ‘Country Strong’ (2010) for which he also recorded songs and received appreciation.

Hedlund other films include the drama-film ‘Burden’ (2018), the Netflix action-film ‘Triple Frontier’ (2019). He recorded songs and starred in the romantic-drama ‘Dirt Music’ (2020). His latest appearances are the biographical ‘The United States vs Billie Holiday’ (2021), and the horror podcast ‘Strawberry Spring’ (2021).
