She received positive reviews for her roles as Molly in the sitcom ‘Ben and Kate’ (2012) and Rosa in the comedy series ‘Man Seeking Woman’ (2016). She has done voice roles in the adult animated sitcoms ‘Big Mouth’ (2017 – 2018) and ‘Undone’ (2019). Her portrayal of Madeline in the romantic comedy drama ‘Night Owls’ (2015) won her a lot of praise. She won the Twin Cities Film Fest Breakthrough Achievement Award for her performance in the movie. Her role as Ava Perez in ‘Chips’ (2017) failed to impress the audience. However, ‘The Kindergarten Teacher’ (2018) and ‘Alita: Battle Angel’ (2019) received positive reviews and the latter earned her a nomination for the Image Award for Best Actress – Feature Film.Â
