Joy Behar is an American comedian, writer, and actress, best known as the co-host of the popular talk show ‘The View’ (1997-2013, 2015-present). She is also known for hosting ‘The Joy Behar Show’ (2009), ‘Joy Behar: Say Anything’ (2012-2013), and ‘Late Night Joy’ (2015-present). She started her entertainment career as a receptionist on ‘Good Morning America,’ in the 80s. She made her debut as a host in the 1987 talk show ‘Way off Broadway.’ During this time, she also appeared in TV shows, such as ‘Baby Boom’ (1988) and ‘One Night Stand’ (1989-1992). She finally became one of the hosts of ‘The View,’ in 1997, which also earned her the ‘Daytime Emmy Award’ for ‘Outstanding Talk Show Host’ in 2009. She also appeared in shows, such as ‘Hall Pass’ (2011) and ‘Crisis in Six Scenes’ (2016). She had brief roles in films, such as ‘This is My Life’ (1992) and ‘Love is All There Is’ (1996).
