Jerry Faye Hall started her show-business career with modeling. She made her debut in the romantic-Western ‘Urban Cowboy,’ followed by ‘Willie and Phil’ (both 1980). Thereafter, she appeared in TV-series ‘Faerie Tale Theater’ (1983), ‘Married….with Children’ (1987) and the TV-film ‘She’s With Me’ (1986).
Hall regularly performed on stage in various plays, including ‘Bus Stop,’ ‘The Graduate,’ ‘Picasso’s Women,’ ‘High Society’ and others.
Hall appeared as ‘Alicia’ in ‘Batman’ (1989), ‘Imelda’ in the TV-movie ‘Bejeweled’ (1991), while she portrayed ‘Jerry Palmer’ in the series ‘The Detectives’ (1993). In the British series ‘Cluedo’ (1993), she had a recurrent role as ‘Miss Scarlett.’ Thereafter, she played small roles in movies ‘Princess Caraboo’ (1994), ‘Vampire in Brooklyn’ (1995), and a supporting-role as ‘Lady Miriam Foxley’ in the thriller ‘Savage Hearts’ (1995).
After series ‘Lenny Goes to Town’ (1998) and ‘Just Shoot Me’ (2000), she appeared in the documentary ‘Being Mick’ (2001). She then appeared in the short-film ‘Enchantment’ (2004) as ‘magician’ and in the TV-special ‘The Children’s Party at the Palace’ as ‘Pirate Queen’ (2006). She provided voice to the character ‘Sister Penelope’ in the cartoon-series ‘Popetown’ (2006) and appeared on ‘Hotel Babylon’ (2007) and the comedy-series ‘French and Saunders.’ She participated as a contestant on the British reality-show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ (2012).
In 2010, Hall appeared in the mini-series ‘Money’ (2010), followed by ‘The Hand of the Creator’ (2016), ‘Forgotten Man’ (2017) and ‘Hellbent’ (2018).
