A skilled gunfighter named Shane, having a mysterious past, rides into an isolated valley, sometime after the American Civil War. He is eventually hired as a farmhand by a local rancher Joe. Shane soon learns that the settlers of the valley are being harassed by rogues and henchmen of a ruthless cattle baron. 

Screenwriter Paul Javal is hired by producer Jeremy Prokosch to make a more commercially viable script. When Javal allows Prokosch to drive Javal’s pretty wife, Camille, in his two-seater while he comes in late, Camille believes that he is using her to please the producer and get a better deal. Though he tries to convince her otherwise, the marriage continues to disintegrate.

The Professionals is a Western action adventure film which revolves around four adventurous mercenaries, who are hired by a wealthy rancher to rescue his young wife who has been kidnapped by a bandit. After a lot of struggle and fighting, they find her, but discover that she is not being held against her will. This confuses the group as to whether they should continue with their agreement.

Panic in the Streets is a crime drama thriller film which takes us to a dock in New Orleans, where a dead body is found. A police sergeant feels that the dead man is also displaying other symptoms. A doctor with the US Public Health Service named Clint Reed diagnoses a highly contagious disease, known as pneumonic plague. Although he tries to convince others about its danger, everyone, including the police, is doubtful. He also estimates that they have around 48 hours to stop its spread.

This film provides a unique view on the well-known story of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, through the eyes of the thief named Barabbas, who was spared from the cross since Christ was chosen in his place.  

Starring Michael Keaton in the eponymous role of DC Comics superhero, Batman, and Jack Nicholson as his nemesis, Joker, this film is the first in the Batman series. After falling into a vat of chemicals, Jack Napier a.k.a. Joker terrorizes Gotham City until Batman manages to save the day along with his love interest, reporter Vicki Vale, played by Kim Basinger.

This 1955 crime film revolves around bank robber Roy Earle. After escaping from prison, he plans one final heist before retiring and giving up his life or crime.  

Austerlitz is a 1960 historical war drama film, which tells the story of Napoleon’s coronation as emperor, and his victory in the Battle of Austerlitz, against Austrian and Russian forces. 

When John Tunstall, the distinguished British gentleman and cattle rancher in New Mexico, is gunned down by his competitor Lawrence Murphy, the young and wayward gunmen he had hired to work in his ranch, decide to take revenge.
