Dave Edmunds first appeared in the British music TV program ‘Colour Me Pop’ in 1968. That same year, he became a part of the British music chart television program ‘Top of the Pops,’ created by Johnnie Stewart. He starred in 15 episodes and parted ways from the show in 1986. He went on to appear in television series and shows like ‘Crackerjack!’ (1969), ‘Beat-Club’ (1969), ‘Ev’ (1970), ‘disco’ (1971), and ‘Tom Jones... At Fantasy Fair’ (1971). In 1974, Edmunds made his big-screen debut in the British musical drama film ‘Stardust,’ directed by Michael Apted.
