Martin McDonagh's debut feature-length movie In Bruges is a darkly delightful film that focuses on two Irish hitmen who go into hiding following a botched-up contract and are being chased by their enraged boss. 

Wizard and magizoologist, Newt Scamander reaches New York with a suitcase full of magical creatures. Unfortunately, some of the creatures escape and he is accused of conspiring with the notorious dark wizard, Gellert Grindelwald. Newt and Jacob, along with auror Tina and her sister Queenie now have to find the escaped creatures and set things right.

The Mayor of Gotham City is murdered, after which key political figures in Gotham are also killed one by one. Therefore, the masked vigilante superhero Batman is called by the police for help. Batman’s investigation leads him to uncover a web of corruption in his city, and eventually he also meets the man responsible for it -  Edward Nashton, aka Riddler.

Based on real events, Thirteen Lives is a survival film which revolves around a group of young boys and their coach, who get trapped in underground caves in Northern Thailand, that are being flooded. Meanwhile, the Royal Thai Navy SEALs are assigned to search for them, but the search seems to be too difficult. Eventually, they are forced to take help from the British Cave Rescue Council.

Mickey Pearson plans to sell off his highly profitable marijuana empire in London. However, this triggers several unexpected events including bribery, blackmail and other wrongdoings.

James Clayton is recruited by Senior CIA instructor Walter Burke to be trained at the Farm, the CIA training facility. Unfortunately, he is let go after failing an exercise. Later, Burke tells him that he actually passed and recruits him as an undercover agent. But nothing is what it seems.  

Loosely based on Philip K. Dick’s 1954 short story, the movie is set in 2054 Washington where specialised police arrests murderers before they actually kill someone. Helping the police are three psychics or precogs who can predict these murders. John Anderton works for this special police force but when one day, he is identified as a future killer, he is forced to escape to prove his innocence.

After promising his daughters to make a movie on their favorite book, Mary Poppins by P. L. Travers, Walt Disney unsuccessfully attempts to obtain its movie rights for two decades. However, an overprotective Travers is determined not to let him bastardize her widely-loved creation, until she runs into financial problems and risks losing her house.

Tom is a fifteen year old boy who is quite saddened because his family has moved from London to a rural house in Devon. Meanwhile, his mother delivers her third child. Shortly after, Tom is shocked when he sees his sister Jessie and his father naked in the bathtub together. Although Jessie acts as if nothing has happened, Tom feels that they might be having an incestuous relationship.

A former country music star is now a traveling singer and songwriter, earning his living by singing in small town bars. He is alcoholic and alone in the world, with four or five marriages behind him. Then he meets a young reporter with a four year old son and romance begins to blossom. Although they enter into relationship his last chance of happiness is quickly threatened by his old habits. 

The dark comedy revolves around struggling writer Marty Faranan. Things take a violent turn when his two best friends Billy and Hans kidnap violent gangster Charlie Costello’s pet Shih Tzu. Marty’s experiences, following that not only provide him the plot for his screenplay Seven Psychopaths but leave him a changed man.  

Stuart Shepard, a two-timing publicist in New York City, is forced to accept the truth by a mysterious sniper, who reveals his infidelity to his wife and girlfriend. What follows is a nail-biting, edge-of-the-seat thriller that revolves around a phone booth conversation between the sniper and Stuart.     

The Lobster is a dark romantic comedy film, which is set in a dystopian era, where single men or women have to find themselves a partner within forty-five days or they are forcibly turned into an animal of their choosing.  

Cardiothoracic surgeon Steven Murphy leads a happy life with his wife Annie, teenage daughter Kim, and younger son Bob. When Steven introduces teenager Martin to the family, one by one everyone in Steven’s family starts falling ill and nearing death. As Martin’s connection to Steven’s past is revealed, things take a much darker turn. 

Tigerland is a war drama film, which takes us to the time of the Vietnam War. It revolves around a group of American recruits who go through advanced training at Fort Polk, before heading for Vietnam to fight in the war. 

The dark comedy follows three friends, Nick Hendricks, Dale Arbus, and Kurt Buckman who decide to kill their respective horribly abusive bosses. Praised for its impeccable comic timing by the cast, the movie has also received criticism for its racist, sexist, and homophobic jokes.  

Widows is a heist thriller film, which tells the story of four women who are widowed after their criminal husbands are killed in a police shootout. They eventually join forces and decide to execute the robbery that their spouses were planning.

A fantastical morality tale, set in the present-day, THE MOVIE It tells the story of Dr. Parnassus and his 'Imaginarium', a traveling show where members of the audience get opportunity to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom. An inveterate gambler, thousands of years ago Dr. Parnassus made a bet with the devil, Mr. Nick, in which he won immortality. Centuries later, on meeting his one true love, Dr. Parnassus made another deal with the devil, trading his immortality for youth, on condition that when his daughter reached her 16th birthday, she would become the property of Mr Nick.

This biographical film tells us the story of Veronica Guerin who is an investigative reporter working for an Irish newspaper. As the drug trade continues to grow, she decides to write a series of stories exposing the drug dealers.

Intermission is a black comedy crime film in which due to a series of coincidences and disorganized relationships, the lives of several people living in Dublin, intersect with one another.   

Set up against a historical backdrop, the film focuses on the passionate native princess, Pocahontas. In love with John Smith, an ambitious English soldier taken prisoner by the natives, she helps him in many ways before being banished by her father. Although Smith reciprocates her love, his career is equally important to him. So, he leaves for England while Pocahontas is told that he has died. 

When NYPD detective Ray Tierney is appointed to investigate four officers’ death at a drug-dealer’s place, his investigations suggest police corruption. Ray’s brother Francis Jr. is that precinct’s commanding officer, while father Francis Sr. is Asst. Chief. The family pressure mounts as Ray’s brother-in-law Sergeant Jimmy Egan is found to have shady connections. Will Ray’s revelations tear the family and NYPD apart?

Cassandra’s Dream is a suspense crime drama film, which tells the story of two brothers who are going through financial woes. When a third party proposes that they turn to crime, things get quite ugly and the two brothers become enemies. 

Bobby and Jonathan are good friends, but their lives get quite complicated when Jonathan’s wife seduces Bobby and gets pregnant with his baby. Things even get worse after Jonathan discovers that he has AIDS.

After the owner of his firm suffers a heart attack, Roman, a lawyer for the firm, is forced to appear in courtroom trials that don’t go too well.  Eventually, the firm goes broke which forces Roman to find another job.

Mark Walsh is a photojournalist who has earned a reputation for working in various unforgiving locations on Earth. When his editor assigns him to Kurdistan, he heads off with full confidence, along with his friend and colleague David. However, after being separated from David, he comes back home. His behavior gets strange and his girlfriend Elena gets worried about him, and about what happened to his friend.

When he becomes the King of Macedonia, he starts off an expedition to conquer the world – Persia, Egypt, Afghanistan and India. His relationships with his parents Philips and Olympias; friend Hephaistion and wife Roxana are also explored.

A remake of Tom Holland's 1985 film of the same name, this movie follows a teenaged boy who discovers that his neighbor is actually a blood-thirsty vampire on a never-ending killing spree. A brutal fight ensues between the two amidst other frightening events.

During the Civil War, a wounded soldier John McBurney, takes shelter in an all-girls boarding school in Virginia. Due to his good looks, all the women are immediately fascinated by him. When he is able to move again, he thinks of staying at the school itself as a gardener, as he doesn’t want to return to battle again.  

Holt is a circus performer who is tasked with caring for a young elephant named Dumbo, having oversized ears. However, it is soon discovered that Dumbo’s ears can help him to fly, and a few cunning men try to take advantage of the situation.

Based on the story of Irish crime boss Martin Cahill, Ordinary Decent Criminal is a crime action comedy film which tells the story of Michael Lynch, one of the most notorious criminals in Dublin. While he is not spending time with his family, he is planning heists, along with his gang. He robs from the rich and donates to the poor, which makes him an iconic figure. However, his life turns upside down when all his enemies unite against him.   

A critically panned remake of the 1990’s movie Total Recall, it follows the story of factory worker Douglas Quaid. He visits Rekall, a company that turns dreams into memories and soon starts recalling his memories. He must stop himself from killing Matthias, the leader of the resistance while under the control of UFB Chancellor Cohaagen. 

After being tired of his life of crime, an ex-convict Harry Mitchell, takes up a job as an actress’s bodyguard. However, an underground crime lord has different plans for him.
