Colin Farrell made his debut in the 1997 film ‘Drinking Crude’ directed by Owen McPolin. In 1999, he starred as ‘Nick’ in the British drama film ‘The War Zone’ directed by Tim Roth. The film opened to positive reviews and scored an approval rating of 84% on Rotten Tomatoes.
