Ariana Grande first appeared in the Episode: "Bad Bad News" of the television series “The Battery's Down” in 2009. The following year, she joined the main cast American sitcom ‘Victorious’ created by Dan Schneider. She portrayed Cat Valentine and remained a part of the series until it went off-air in 2013. She went on to make her big-screen debut in the 2011 Spanish direct-to-video live-action/computer-animated adventure film ‘Snowflake, the White Gorilla’ where she voiced ‘Snowflake’ (English Dub). That same year, she also became a part of the animated series ‘Winx Club.’ She voiced ‘Princess Diaspro’ and remained a part of the series until 2013. That same year, she reprised her role as ‘Cat Valentine’ in the American teen sitcom ‘Sam & Cat’ created by Dan Schneider. The show aired 35 episodes before concluding in 2014. Grande next appeared in television series and shows such as ‘Family Guy’ (2014), ‘Saturday Night Live’ (2014), ‘RuPaul's Drag Race’ (2015), ‘Knock Knock Live’ (2015), ‘Scream Queens’ (2015), ‘Saturday Night Live’ (2016), and ‘Hairspray Live!’ (2016). In 2016, she voiced ‘Laura’ (English dub) in the American version of the Argentine 3D computer-animated comedy film ‘Underdogs.’ The film was originally released in 2013 but the North American English-language version was released in 2016.
In 2019, she made a cameo appearance in the American science fiction action comedy film ‘Men in Black: International’ directed by F. Gary Gray. The film was largely panned by critics and was a commercial disappointment. The following year, she starred in the American concert film ‘Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You’ directed by Paul Dugdale. The film received mostly positive reviews from critics and earned a 57% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. She was last seen in the 2021 American apocalyptic black comedy film ‘Don't Look Up’ where she played the role of ‘Riley Bina.’ While the film opened to polarizing reviews, it received 4 ‘Academy Award’ and 4 ‘Golden Globe Award’ nominations.
