Silvia Colloca made her screen debut in the 2002 Italian romantic comedy film ‘Casomai’ where she played the role of an award hostess. The film was written and directed by Alessandro D'Alatri. In 2004, she portrayed ‘Verona’ in the action gothic horror film ‘Van Helsing,’ directed by Stephen Sommers. While the film was critically panned by the critics, it still enjoyed a decent run at the box office and grossed over $300.2 million on a 170 million budget. She next played the role of ‘Nadia Cominski’ in the 2006 action film ‘The Detonator,’ directed by Po-Chih Leong. The film was released direct-to-DVD in the United States.
