Saketh Ram loses his wife in a riot, after his house is attacked by a group of Muslim thugs. Therefore, he soon becomes a Hindu extremist, but rather than blaming the men responsible for his wife’s death, he thinks Mohandas Gandhi is responsible, due to his tolerant approach towards Islamic fundamentalism. His mind gets filled with hatred, and he starts planning to assassinate Gandhi.

Harsha is the son of an idealistic millionaire, who has everything he wants in his life. Despite this, he feels that his life lacks a purpose. When the police commissioner is murdered, a tough police chief named Durai Singam is assigned to solve the murder. Upon finding out that a powerful gangster is responsible, he decides to go against him, and make sure that justice is served.  

Satya and Deepthi decide to escape from their city, as Deepthi is being pursued by a gangster named Veeru Bhai, who wants her for himself. However, their bus is stopped unexpectedly by the gangster’s men, who kills Deepthi and fatally wounds Satya. Satya is however saved by Dr Sailaja, who also does a face transplant on him, giving him a completely new look. However, his new face begins to create problems for him. He feels that Dr Sailaja may be hiding something.
