Marie Osmond is an American actress, talk show host, singer and author. Her first notable television appearance was with her brother in the TV special 'Donny & Marie' (1975). She then made her TV film debut with ‘The Gift of Love (1978)’.
Marie Osmond has featured in a number of television programs like ‘Marie (TV series)’ (1980), 'Maybe This Time' (1995-96), 'Donny & Marie' (1998-2000), 'Dancing with the Stars' (2007), 'Marie (talk show)' (2012-13) and 'The Talk' (2019-present). She has also starred in the TV films 'Side by Side: The True Story of the Osmond Family' (1982), 'Rooster' (1982) and 'I Married Wyatt Earp' (1983).
Marie Osmond has also been a part of several Broadway musicals including 'The King and I' (1994-95), ' The Sound of Music' (1997) and 'Donny & Marie – A Broadway Christmas' (2010-11).
Marie and Donny are performing in a concert in Hawaii, but they are targeted by a gang of thieves and by a mysterious woman due to a necklace which Marie now possesses. The two soon finds themselves in a lot of trouble.
The Sultan of Zanzibar finds his harbor infested with sharks. Therefore, he brings in twelve hippos to solve this problem. However, when they are no longer needed, all but one pink hippo named Hugo, are massacred. A little boy tries his best to save Hugo.
