Leah Marie Remini first appeared in TV-series ‘Head of the Class’ (1988); followed by ‘Who’s the Boss?’ (1989), and ‘Living Dolls’ (1989). Her first film role was in ‘Critics and Other Freaks’ (1997).
After substantial roles in ‘The Man in the Family’ (1991), ‘Saved by the Bell’ (1991) & ‘Evening Shades’ (1993), she guest-appeared in series including ‘Cheers,’ ‘Friends.’
Remini played leads in ‘First Time Out’ (1995), ‘Fired Up’ (1997-1998), and also, long-running, successful ‘The King of Queens’ (1998-2007). After featuring in comedy-film ‘Old School’ (2003), she had her own specials, ‘Leah Remini’s Wedding Special’ (2003), followed by ‘Baby Special’ (2004).
Remini appeared on ‘In the Motherhood’ (2009), and was contestant, then guest-judge on ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ She was co-host of talk-show ‘The Talk’ (2010-2011), and starred in sitcoms ‘Family Tools’ (2013), and ‘The Exes’ (2014). She was creator-producer-star of ‘Leah Remini: It’s All Relative’ (2014).
Remini co-starred in 2017’s films ‘Mad Families,’ ‘Handsome,’ ‘The Clapper,’ followed by ‘Second Act’ (2018). She earned awards as executive producer-host of documentary-series ‘Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath’ (2016-2019). She starred in sitcom ‘Kevin Can Wait’ (2017-2018), and currently co-hosts podcast ‘Scientology: Fair Game’ (2020---)
