Patrick J. Adams is a Canadian actor, director, and photographer. He is best known for playing ‘Mike Ross’ in the hit drama ‘Suits’ (2011-19). Adams moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19, after his parents were divorced. He made his acting debut in a short film titled ‘For the Record’ in 2001. He appeared in brief roles in films such as ‘Christmas in Boston’ (2005), ‘2:13’ (2009) and ‘Weather Girl’ (2009) before he finally had significant roles in films such as ‘Car Dogs’ (2017) and ‘Clara’ (2019). He made his TV debut in the TV film ‘The Dealership’ (2009) as ‘Jack Carson.’ He had his breakthrough role in ‘Suits,’ a show that established him as a successful actor in the industry. His other shows include ‘Luck’ (2011-12), ‘Orphan Black’ (2014-15) and ‘Commander in Chief’ (2006). He will next be seen in an upcoming drama show ‘The Right Stuff’ in 2020.Â
