American actor, stand-up comedian, rapper, musician and dancer Kel Mitchell made his television debut with the sketch comedy-variety show ‘All That’ (1994–99). He furthered his fame in the role of Kel Kimble in the TV teen sitcom ‘Kenan & Kel’ (1996–2000) and his debut hit film ‘Good Burger’ (1997). Other notable works of Mitchell include television series like ‘Clifford the Big Red Dog’ (voice, 2000–03) that earned him Daytime Emmy Award nomination twice and ‘Game Shakers’ (2015-present); and film ‘Like Mike 2: Streetball’ (2006).

This superhero satire features a group of aspiring superheroes of Champion City who often fail due to their incompetence. But when super-villain Casanova Frankenstein captures the city’s real superhero Captain Amazing, the amateur superheroes have to join their forces, and pull together their peculiar powers such as shoveling, flying bowling balls, fork-hurling and such expertise, to save the city and its superhero.
A dim-witted high school student wrecks his teacher’s car, and in order to pay for the damages, he is forced to get a summer job at a fast food restaurant. However, a brand new restaurant opens across the street, which is planning to put them out of business, and therefore, along with his co-worker, the student tries his best to save their food joint.
The fictional character Fearless Leader, Boris Badenov, and Natasha Fatale, manage to escape into the real world. In order to stop them, Karen, an FBI agent, asks Rocky and Bullwinkle for their help.
