Soon after college dropout Jerry finds out that his Air Force officer twin brother is dead, he receives a large sum of money, illicit items and a call from a mysterious woman, who tells him that he is being hunted by the FBI and arranges for his escape by coercing a stranger, Rachel, to help him.
