Aspiring filmmaker and actor, Tommy Wiseau, forms an unlikely friendship with actor, Greg Sestero, and the two move to Los Angeles. Arthur Shaw, one of the richest residents of The Tower, is under house arrest for embezzling over US $2 billion from his investors. These include building manager Josh Kovaks and his co-workers, who then plan a tower heist with petty criminal, Slide, to break into the apartment to steal their money back.
