Two days before his marriage, Doug Billings travels to Las Vegas with his best friends Phil and Stu, and his fiancée's eccentric brother Alan, to have a wild bachelor party. Waking up with severe hangover the next morning, his friends find Doug missing, while their suite is occupied by a chicken, a tiger, and an unknown baby.

After a successful career in movies, comedian Pauly Shore stars in the lead role in a series where he plays the slacker son of a millionaire. However, his career begins to sink when the series turns out to be a commercial and critical failure. Soon his friends and even his girlfriend refuse to see him, and Shore is reduced to living in his mother’s attic. However, he is soon visited by the ghost of his mentor, who encourages him to fake his own death in order to boost the popularity in his films and merchandise.

Edison is a failed inventor who is forced to do variety of jobs to make money. His life takes a turn when he meets a businessman named Armand McMillan, whose car has broken down on the roadside. When Edison assists McMillan using his inventions, it impresses the latter greatly. Later on, Edison’s life takes a turn when he finds out that McMillan has passed away and he had decided to leave Edison 45% of his assets in his company.
