Terry Jones is a Welsh actor, writer, comedian, and filmmaker. He is known for writing as well as acting in some of the popular British programmes, such as ‘The Frost Report’ (1966-1967), ‘Do Not Adjust Your Set’ (1967-1969), and ‘Monty Python's Flying Circus’ (1969-1974). He made his writing debut in the ‘Frost Report,’ in 1966. He made his first appearance in the 1967 sketch comedy ‘Twice a Fortnight.’ His other appearances came in shows such as ‘The Complete and Utter History of Britain’ (1969), ‘Ripping Yarns’ (1976-1979), ‘The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles’ (1992), and ‘The Legend of Dick and Dom’ (2009-2011), most of which, he co-created. He made his film debut in ‘And Now for Something Completely Different’ (1971). His other popular films include ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’ (1975),’ The Crimson Permanent Assurance’ (1983), ‘L.A. Story’ (1991), ‘Locked Out’ (2006), and ‘Absolutely Anything’ (2015).
