The 5th movie in X-Men film series centres on the relationship of two very powerful mutants, Charles Xavier and Eric Lensherr, as they join hands to prevent Sebastian Shaw, a dangerous mutant from starting a nuclear war. However, Eric has his own plan which causes a rift between the two friends.

This drama film tells four different stories about four people, a gangster who can predict the future, a doctor struggling to save his lover’s life, a businessman who bets his life in a horse race, and a pop star who falls prey to a crime boss. 

Larry ‘Doc’ Sportello is a good-hearted but inept stoner who works as a private investigator. His former lover, Shasta suddenly shows up and asks him to prevent her rich lover, Wolfmann, from being committed to insane asylum by Wolfmann’s wife. Doc soon finds himself tangled in the psychedelic world of drugs and corrupt LAPD. 

Tanner and Brent are high school students, and they are both gay, although they are still in the closet. However, things get complicated after Tanner is outed by his classmates.

Ten years old Chuck was cursed that every girl he sleeps with will marry the next man who asks her out, for refusing to kiss a Goth girl. Now a successful dentist, Chuck cannot maintain a stable relationship. Each girl he goes to bed with gets married to somebody else and that includes his date, Carol. But now he has met somebody with whom he hopes to grow old. Will he be able to break the curse?

Max is a lonely ten year old boy who is recruited by his imaginary friends Sharkboy and Lavagirl to help them save their planet.
