Eric Roberts is an American actor, who has appeared in several movies and multiple TV shows. He made his acting debut with ‘King of the Gypsies’ (1978) and earned a ‘Golden Globe Award’ nomination for his performance.
In the next few years, he appeared in some of his best roles in ‘Raggedy Man’ (1981), ‘Star 80’ (1983), ‘The Pope of Greenwich Village’ (1984), and the ‘Runaway Train’ (1985), which earned him both ‘Academy Award’ and ‘Golden Globe Award’ nominations.
