Corey Daniel Stoll is an American actor, best known for his role as ‘Peter Russo’ in the political drama ‘House of Cards’ (2013-18). He received a ‘Golden Globe’ nomination (2013) for his role in this show. This isn’t Stoll’s only notable role. He is also known for playing ‘Dr. Ephraim Goodweather’ in the TV show ‘The Strain’ (2013-17), as ‘Det. Tomas’ in ‘Law & Order: LA’ (2010-11) and ‘Darren Cross’ in the ‘Marvel’ film ‘Ant-Man.’ He made his acting debut in short film ‘Okénka’ in 2001. In 2004, he played ‘Mr. Marks’ in a play titled ‘Intimate Apparel.’ He made his TV debut in an episode of ‘CSI: Miami Crime Scene Investigation.’ His film debut came in a year later, in American drama ‘North Country.’ His other films include ‘Midnight in Paris’ (2011), ‘Café Society’ (2016) and ‘First Man’ (2018). He has appeared in TV shows such as ‘American Dad!’ (2014-16), ‘Girls’ (2015-16) and ‘The Romanoffs’ (2018).
