Before Yoon Eun-hye began her acting career, she was a part of the South Korean K-Pop group Baby V.O.X. In 2002, she made a cameo appearance in the satirical South Korean film ‘Emergency 19’ (as singer with Baby V.O.X) and in 2004-2005 also became a part of the variety show ‘X-Man’. In 2006, she made her acting debut on television with the MBC’s romantic comedy series ‘Princess Hours’ in which she played the role of a simple art student whose life takes a turn when she has to marry the crown prince. The series gained success and made her famous. Additionally, it also bagged her the ‘MBC Drama Award’ for Best New Actress. The same year, she starred in another television series ‘The Vineyard Man’. This KBS series, wherein she portrayed the role of a young fashion designer who agrees to work at her grand uncle's vineyard in a remote village, once again became popular and won her the Best Actress award at the ‘Grimae Awards’ as well as ‘KBS Drama Best New Actress Award.’ In between the two series, she made her film debut with the comedy film ‘The Legend of Seven Cutter’. Her success and award-winning spree continued the following year when she played the main role of Go Eun-chan in MBC's romance comedy drama series ‘The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince’. Her performance, as a tomboy who pretends to be a boy to keep her job, in the series won her critical appreciation as well as the Best Actress (TV) Award at the ‘Baeksang Arts Awards’ and Top Excellence Award, Actress at the ‘MBC Drama Awards’.
Yoon Eun-hye was next seen in the KBS series ‘My Fair Lady’ (2009) and the SBS series ‘Lie To Me’ (2011) as well as the comedy drama movie ‘Little Black Dress’ (2011). The first series achieved a moderate success; however, the remaining two were commercial failures. During this time, she also made cameo appearances in 2 television series – ‘Personal Taste’ (2010) and ‘Road for Hope’ (2012). In 2012-2013, Yoon Eun Hye once again won critical acclaim for her portrayal of Lee Soo-yeon /Zoey in the MBC series ‘Missing You’. Her performance bagged her the Popularity Award, Actress and Hallyu Star of the Year Award at the ‘MBC Drama Awards’. The year 2012 also saw her making her directorial debut with a short film ‘The Knitting’. The movie, which she made as part of her university assignment, was premiered at the 17th Busan International Film Festival.
Yoon Eun-hye was next roped into play the lead actress of KBS series ‘Marry Him If You Dare’ (2013) and the Chinese-South Korean romance drama movie ‘After Love’ (2016). She also made cameo appearances in the drama film 'Chronicle of a Blood Merchant' (2015) and the Chinese drama series 'Happy to Meet You' (2018). In 2018, Yoon Eun Hye was seen in the lead role of Yoon Yoo-jung in the MBN’s romance drama series ‘Love Alert’ and the following year played the main role of Gong Sun-hwa in the drama series ‘Go Go Song’.
Since 2020, Yoon Eun-hye has been seen in various variety shows too including ‘Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant’ (2020-2021), ‘Law of the Jungle in Zero Point’ (2020), ‘Cooking - The Birth of a Cooking King’ (2021) and ‘Hangout with Yoo’ (2022).
