Reverend Harry Powell is a misogynistic serial killer. When he is arrested for a stolen car, he ends up serving time with murderer Ben Harper who has hidden US $10k in his daughter’s doll. When Powell is released after Harper’s execution he reaches the Harpers home with murderous intentions and to recover the money. 

A private eye escapes his past and begins a new life in a small town, running a gas station. However, his past soon catches up with him. He is now forced to return to the city and face the world of corruption and double crossing.  

Heaven Knows, Mr Alison is an adventure drama film which revolves around an American marine and a Irish nun, who are both shipwrecked on an island in the South Pacific. They find solace in each other, while hoping to be rescued.

Max Cady, released after 8 years of imprisonment for assaulting a woman, vengefully starts stalking the family of lawyer Sam Bowden, who had testified against Cady. Eventually, both acknowledge their adversary’s abilities and the intense battle brings forth certain respect for each other.

Meanwhile, during a routine ransom exchange for a necklace, Marlowe gets knocked out and framed for murder.

After the Pearl Harbor attack, Lieutenant Colonel James Doolittle of the US Army Air Force is forced to leave his pregnant wife behind, in order to take part in a top-secret mission. He warns his crew about the importance and danger of the mission, and tells them that they should opt out if they have to, especially if they have wives and families. It is soon revealed that the mission involves bombing five Japanese cities.

Midway is a historical war drama film which revolves around the Battle of Midway in the World War II, which was a major naval battle, and is considered as a turning point for the US in the Second World War. The film portrays how brave US seamen unite to defeat the Japanese forces.

Harry Kilmer is a retired detective, who is asked by his old friend George Tanner, to rescue his daughter. She has been kidnapped by the Yakuza, the notorious Japanese mafia, as a Japanese gangster wants to put pressure on George over a business deal. Kilmer makes his way to Japan, and he decides to take the help of an old acquaintance named Ken, who feels that he has a lifelong obligation to Kilmer.

Max Cady, who served 14 years in jail for raping and brutalizing a young woman, believes that his defense attorney Sam Bowden deliberately withheld crucial evidence that would have lightened his sentence. He studied law and sculpted his body while in jail, and is now hell-bent on taking revenge by terrorizing the Bowden family.

After committing a murder in self defense, fatally wounded William Blake is on the run, chased by a group of bounty hunters. He eventually meets an Indian called Nobody, who unsuccessfully tries to take out the bullet lodged close to his hurt. Dead Man focuses on their journey to the sea and how the Indian prepares Blake for his journey to the Spirit World.

The movie, based on Niven Busch‘s novel They Dream of Home, has three war veterans return home post WWII. However, it is hard for them to lead a normal civilian life. Cliff Harper struggles with his job plans and relationship with a war widow while his friend Bill Tabeshaw has metal plate in his skull. Then there is Perry Kimcheloe who has lost both legs but rejects the use of artificial legs.

Set during the Second World War, the film focuses on thirteen American women serving at a field hospital in war torn Philippine. Out of the thirteen, only two are trained nurses, the rest being lay volunteers from different backgrounds. The story chronicles how they battle constant Japanese air raids, short medical supplies and bouts of malaria before they evolve into a cohesive team. 

Diamond-smuggler Joe Moses, thrown out for cheating a tribe, is found unconscious by another tribe which faces flood risk from a new dam. As villagers refuse to move to a new homeland, Rev. Anderson and daughter Julie, who nursed Moses to health, threaten to expose his smuggling unless he helps lead villagers to safety. Believing him to be second Moses, villagers agree to follow him.

Hopalong Cassidy, along with two of his sidekicks, Carlson and Bradley, leave their ranch to purchase cattle. On their way, they meet a woman, her daughter, as well as Mark, a ranch hand, and they learn that their stagecoach has been robbed by the Quirt Rankin gang.

Border Patrol is a western action adventure film which tells the story of three Texas Rangers attempting to investigate the kidnapping of a few Mexicans who are being used as forced labor in a hidden silver mine.  However, a corrupt sheriff frames them for murder.

Singer, Clare Shepperd, also arrives in the same city while on the run from her ex-boyfriend gangster, Vic Spilato. When Clare involves Russ in her life, the two try to make it out alive, especially as they are hunted by hitman, Cappy Gordon. 

Based on an unfinished novel of the same name by F Scott Fitzgerald, this drama film tells the story of a movie producer, who works tirelessly in a time of turmoil. However, problems arise because he neglects and disrespects the other studio executives, and they feel like they would be better off without him.

A western film directed by Burt Kennedy, the movie revolves around the lives of Jim Flagg, the marshal in the town of Progress, and his arch-rival Big John McKay, an outlaw. A fierce yet humorous battle takes place between the lawmen and the outlaws when the latter group tries to rob a train.

A Terrible Beauty is a war drama film which takes us to 1941, when the Irish Republican Army plans a campaign to coincide with the planned German Invasion of England. The film revolves around the adventures of a soldier for the Irish Republican Army named Dermott.
