Melissa ‘Missy’ Peregrym initially worked as a model and appeared on TV for the first time in 2002 in single episodes of ‘Dark Angel’ and ‘The Chris Isaak Show.’

Peregrym’s breakthrough starring role in police-drama series ‘Rookie Blue’ (2010-2015) earned nominations. Her lead role in web-based series ‘Cybergeddon’ (2012) brought her award. She further starred in survival-horror film ‘Back Country’ (2014).
In 2016-2017 Peregrym appeared as guest in various TV-series. After recurring role in fantasy-horror series ‘Van Helsing’ (2017-2018), she stars in crime-drama series ‘FBI’ (2018-present).
