Giacomo Keaton Gianniotti, known for his role as ‘Dr. Andrew DeLuca’ in ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ began his career in 2010 with an episode of Italian medical drama-series ‘Medicina generale.’ In 2013, he appeared in an episode of drama-horror-romance series ‘Beauty & the Beast,’ also in three episodes of Italian drama-series ‘Copper,’ and an episode of ‘Time Tremors.’ He had a recurring role as ‘Lord Julien’ in historical-romance-drama series ‘Reign’ (2013).
Gianniotti made his film debut in short-film ‘Done’ (2013), followed by another short-film ‘Still’ (2014). He played lead role as ‘Claudio’ in Australian-Italian romance film ‘Azzurro’ (2018), starred as ‘Christopher’ in comedy-drama film ‘Edging’ (2018) and headlined as ‘Drew’ in drama-film ‘Acquainted’ (2018). He also appeared in Canadian drama-film ‘The Cuban’ (2019). He provided voice of ‘Giacomo’ in computer animated fantasy-film ‘Luca’ (2021).
