The film received a favorable response from critics and was a major financial success, grossing over $543.2 million on a budget of $69 million. In 2012, she appeared in the South Korean documentary film ‘I Am’ directed by Choi Jin-sung. The following year, she returned to voice ‘Edith’ (Korean dub) in ‘Despicable Me 2,’ the sequel to the 2010 film ‘Despicable Me.’ The film was warmly received by critics and did impressive business at the box office, grossing over $970.8 million on a budget of $76 million.
