A young man named Velu witnesses his father being brutally murdered. Therefore, he kills a corrupt policeman, which puts him on the wrong side of the law. He escapes to Mumbai, and over time, he becomes a well-known and respected gangster.

Surya is a young man who grew up in the slums, after being orphaned. He fights for the rights of the poor. His life changes when he meets a good-hearted crime boss named Devaraj, and begins to work for him as his commander. However, things get ugly when a new district collector arrives.

Things get worse when she gets involved in a car accident while crossing the street, which results in a fatal injury.
