Cory Allan Michael Monteith made his first screen appearance in a minor role in the TV-series ‘Stargate Atlantis’ (2004), followed by guest appearances in a few series, including ‘Young Blades,’ ‘Smallville,’ ‘Supernatural,’ ‘Killer Instinct.’ His debut film appearance was in the horror-movie ‘Killer Bash’ (2005).
Monteith featured in a recurring role of an unkind teenager in ‘Kyle XY’ (2006-2009), and played small parts in the 2006 horror-thriller film ‘Bloody Mary,’ the Christmas comedy ‘Deck the Halls,’ and the supernatural-horror ‘Final Destination-3.’ In 2007, he appeared in the supernatural-thriller films ‘White Noise: The Light,’ ‘The Invisible’ and horror-film ‘Whisper.’ He also appeared in a recurring role as ‘Gunnar’ in drama-series ‘Kaya’ (2007).
Next, Monteith starred in the lead role as ‘Finn Hudson’ in the musical comedy-drama series ‘Glee’ (2009-2013), which fetched him name and awards. In 2011, he featured in the romantic-comedy film ‘Monte Carlo,’ and the comedy-drama film ‘Sisters and Brothers.’
Monteith-starrer comedy-drama film ‘All the Wrong Reasons’ and the crime-drama mystery film ‘McCanick’ were released posthumously in 2013.
