Cameron Mathison is best known for his role as Ryan Lavery in the television soap opera ‘All My Children’ (2006). He started his career as a model and made his feature film debut in the American drama ’54,’ in 1998. This was followed by his appearance in the Canadian movie ‘Washed Up’ the same year. He continued to appear in minor roles in movies throughout his career but never got to play the lead role.
Mathison participated in the reality show ‘Dancing With The Stars’ with Polish dancer Edyta Sliwinska in 2007 and secured the 5th position. He signed up with GMA in 2009 and hosted various events, including the Oscars, Grammy, Golden Globe and many other music award ceremonies.
Besides hosting shows, he also appeared in the popular television series ‘Castle’ (2010 – 2011), ‘Desperate Housewives’ (2012), and ‘Hot in Cleveland’ (2013).
His recent movies are ‘A Summer to Remember’ (2018) and ‘The Christmas Club’ (2019).
