Jason Connery is an English actor and director best known for playing a key role in the series ‘Robin of Sherwood’. The son of famous actor Sean Connery, Jason was born in London and raised in Somerset. Upon growing up, he attended a film school following his rising interest in the performing arts. In 1983, Jason made his acting debut with a role in the film ‘The Lords of Discipline’ and followed it with yet another major role in the film ‘The Boy Who Had Everything’.
Jason Connery had his major career breakthrough after he started appearing in the third season of the series ‘Robin of Sherwood’. Throughout the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, Jason kept appearing in many films such as ‘Puss in Boots’, ‘Bullet to Beijing’, ‘Shanghai Noon’ and ‘Macbeth’. Apart from his film career, Jason also appeared regularly on television via series’ such as ‘Smallville’, ‘Shoebox Zoo’ and ‘Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior’.
