Jang Keun-suk is a South Korean actor, director and singer who made his acting debut as a child in the 1997 sitcom ‘Selling Happiness.’ He made his film debut in Japanese horror film ‘One Missed Call: Final,’ the third installment of the ‘One Missed Call’ franchise. He rose to worldwide fame when he starred in Korean TV show ‘You’re Beautiful,’ in 2009.
He is also known for starring in TV shows such as ‘Nonstop’ (2003), ‘Lovers in Prague’ (2005), ‘Beethoven Virus’ (2008), ‘Love Rain’ (2012), ‘The Royal Gambler’ (2016) and ‘The Switch’ (2018).
He has appeared in several films like ‘The Happy Life’ (2007), ‘Crazy Waiting’ (2008), ‘The Case of Itaewon Homicide’ (2009), ‘You’re My Pet’ (2011) and ‘Human, Space, Time and Human’ (2018).
He made his directorial debut in short film ‘Camp’ in 2015. Due to his popularity in the region, he is named as ‘Prince of Asia’ by the media.
