Danny Thomas’s career spanned over five decades. Besides his commendable work in films, television and stage productions, he created one of the most long-running situation comedies, ‘Danny Thomas Show.’
He began his film career with ‘The Unfinished Dance’ where he starred opposite Margaret O’Brien. He also starred in ‘Make Room for Daddy,’ a long-running television sitcom. The program was revived in 1970 and was titled ‘Make Room for Granddaddy.’
His performance in ‘I’ll See You In My Dreams’ was well-received. Thomas also became an illustrious television producer with shows like ‘That Girl and The Mod Squad,’ ‘The Dick Van Dyke Show’ and ‘The Andy Griffith Show.’
