Dan Harmon is an American writer, actor and producer. After serving as a member of the comedy troupe ComedySportz, he co-created the show 'Heat Vision and Jack' (1999). This was followed by 'Computerman' (2003) in which also had an acting role. He then went on to create several TV shows including 'Acceptable.TV' (2007), 'The Sarah Silverman Program ' (2007–2010), 'Community' (2009-15), 'Rick and Morty' (2013-present), 'Great Minds with Dan Harmon' (2016) and 'HarmonQuest' (2016-present).
As an actor, Harmon has guest starred in many shows, such as 'Arrested Development' (2013), 'Drunk History' (2015), 'The Simpsons' (2015), 'Dr. Ken' (2017), 'Animals.' (2017) and 'The Simpsons' (2017) to name a few. Â He also has had voice roles in 'Mary Shelley's Frankenhole' (2012), 'Axe Cop'(2013) and 'The Simpsons' (2017).
Harmon has also served as actor, writer and executive producer of many films and documentaries including 'Monster House' (2006), 'Harmontown' (2014), 'Back in Time' (2015), 'Anomalisa' (2015) and 'Doctor Strange' (2016).
Successful stand-up comedian George Simmons, who has no close family or friends, is diagnosed with a rare, terminal disorder. When they fail in their endeavour, they decide to destroy the heart of the house so as to kill it.
