Chuck Jones is best remembered for his work with ‘Warner Bros.’ He was the brain behind the creation and production of popular ‘WB’ cartoons, such as, ‘Bugs Bunny,’ ‘Daphy Duck,’ ‘Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner,’  and ‘Porky Pig.’ Chuck joined ‘Leon Schlesinger Productions,’ a company that worked for ‘Warner Bros,’ in the 1930s. After working with ‘WB’ for over 30 years, Chuck joined ‘Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer,’ in 1962. It was around this time he produced the popular cartoon ‘Tom and Jerry.’ Some of his most popular animation/cartoon shorts include ‘Daffy Duck and the Dinosaur ‘ (1939), ‘ For Scent-imental Reasons, (1949), ‘So Much for So Little’ (1949), and ‘The Cat's Me-Ouch! ‘(1967). The list of his work seems inexhaustible and that makes him a historical figure in the animation industry. Chuck was nominated for eight ‘Academy Awards,’ out of which, he won three times.Â
