Anita Pallenberg was a German-Italian actress and model, best known for having a profound influence on the popular English rock band ‘Rolling Stones,’ so much so that she is often referred to as the band’s muse. She was also romantically linked with former members of the band, Brian Jones and Keith Richards. Anita started her career as a model in Paris. She joined the ‘Living Theatre’ where she starred in the play titled ‘Paradise Now.’ She made her film debut in the West German film ‘A Degree of Murder’ (1967). In a career spanning 40 years, Anita appeared in more than a dozen films. Some of her popular films are ‘Barbarella The Great Tyrant’ (1968), ‘Dillinger is Dead’ (1969), ‘Performance’ (1970), ‘Mister Lonely’ (2007), and ‘Chéri La Copine’ (2009). Some of her unsuccessful films are ‘Candy’ (1968), ‘Go Go Tales’ (2007), and ‘444: Last Day on Earth’ (2011).
