The first film in the James Bond series, Dr. No sees the suave agent '007' go to Jamaica to investigate the mysterious disappearance of another secret agent and ends up saving the American space programme from the destructive clutches of a megalomaniac scientist. Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, this film sets the tone for the rest of the series.

The Blue Max is a war drama film which tells the story of a German corporal named Bruno Stachel, a soldier during the First World War, who decides to leave fighting in the trenches to become a fighter pilot in the German Army Air Service. Due to his humble origins, he wants to prove himself, and sets his eyes on winning the ‘Blue Max’, which is Germany’s highest medal for valour, for which he needs to shoot down twenty enemy aircrafts.

The story centers on Perseus—the son of the Greek god Zeus—who grows up in a deserted village until he is relocated to an abandoned amphitheater in Joppa by the revengeful sea goddess Thetis. There he learns about Princess Andromeda, who cannot marry until her suitor answers a riddle invented by Calbos.  Perseus decides to take up the challenge.   

Two gangsters enter a train in which the Japanese ambassador is travelling, along with a valuable gold sword, which he intends to present as a gift to the American president. They also shoot one of his bodyguards. However, the surviving bodyguard Kuroda, goes after the gangsters to track them down and kill them.

Mexico in Flames is a western drama film which revolves around the life and career of John Reed, a revolutionary communist journalist. This film is the first of two chapters that focuses on Reed’s reportage in the 1915 Mexican revolution.

Double Murder

Two jewelry robbers pull off a heist in Canada and decide to meet at the US border to divide the jewels. But one of them gets stuck at a remote motel after a car accident. The alluring motel owner falls for the robber; however, like all others at the motel, she, too, suspects him to be the jewel thief. 

A young man hitchhiking through the desert is picked up Marsha Wilson, a beautiful woman who is married to Sam, a rich and much older man. She brings him to her husband’s ranch and soon develops feelings for him. Although Marsha wants to run off with him, he refuses because he is married as well. The story is based on the last section of The Vicomte of Bragelonne: Ten Years Later, the third and final novel of the d'Artagnan series written by Alexandre Dumas. The film focuses on the palace intrigues in seventeenth century France and how a somewhat aged d'Artagnan helps the king to vanquish his enemies. 

In this spy spoof, a retired James Bond is persuaded to rejoin the secret service to counter shadowy organization SMERSH, allegedly responsible for murdering secret agents. Sir James devises a plan to assemble a group of agents, all named James Bond 007, to confuse SMERSH. Each new Bond is assigned a specific role. Now Sir James must nab the brain behind SMERSH.

Tigers in Lipstick is an Italian comedy film which tells us multiple different stories, about attractive women, who use their intelligence and their seduction powers against men in their game of love. The first one revolves around a woman who lures a man into her room; the second one is about a prostitute who pretends to be the mother of a schoolboy in a meeting with the principal; the third one is about a reporter’s interview with a woman.
