The film received mixed reviews from critics and grossed over $84.4 million on a budget of $55 million. That same year, he also joined the cast of the American martial arts action-adventure television series ‘Kung Fu’ as ‘Kerwin Tan.’ The series was renewed for a third season in March 2022.
