Finn Wolfhard first appeared in short-films ‘Aftermath’ and ‘The Resurrection,’ followed by appearances in the sci-fi-drama series ‘The 100’ (2014), and the fantasy-drama series ‘Supernatural’ (2015).
Wolfhard played a prominent role as ‘Mike Wheeler’ in the Netflix sci-fi horror series ‘Stranger Things’ (2016--), which won him recognition and awards along with other cast members. He portrayed ‘Richie Tozier’ in his debut feature film, the supernatural-horror ‘It’ (2017), followed by the comedy-film ‘Dog Days’ (2018). In 2019, he returned as ‘Young Richie’ in the sequel of the supernatural-horror ‘It’ - ‘It: Chapter Two.’ He featured in the drama-film ‘The Goldfinch’ (2019) as troublemaking ‘Boris’.
Next, he featured as ‘Player’ in the animated-series ‘Carmen Sandiego’ (2019-2021). Wolfhard lent his voice to the character ‘Pugsley’ in the animated remake of ‘The Addams Family’ (2019). In 2020, he featured in the supernatural-horror ‘The Turning,’ the comedy-anthology ‘Omniboat: A Fast Boat Fantasia,’ the mini-series ‘Home Movie: The Princess Bride,’ and also lent his voice in the animated series ‘Smiling Friends,’ and ‘JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales.’
Wolfhard narrated ‘Ziggy’ in the audiobook ‘When You Finish Saving the World’ (2020), and will star in the movie-adaption of the same. He directed his debut comedy-short ‘Night Shifts’ in 2020.
Wolfhard will be seen in ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife,’ animation-series ‘NEW-GEN’, and the animation-film ‘Pinocchio.’
