Illustrious singer and songwriter Avril Lavigne first appeared on television as ‘Sk8er Boi’ in ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.’ She chose small roles and made a cameo appearance in ‘Going the Distance.’ Later, she did a single scene in ‘The Flock.’ She voiced an animated character in ‘Over the Hedge’ which marked her feature film debut as ‘The Flock’ could not make it to the American theatres. ‘Over the Hedge’ grossed $336 million across the globe. She was next seen in ‘Fast Food Nation’ where she portrayed Alice. Both ‘Over the Hedge’ and ‘Fast Food Nation’ made their way to ‘Cannes Film Festival’ in 2006. She also appeared as a guest judge in ‘American Idol’ and as guest mentor in ‘Majors & Minors.’ She was seen twice in ‘Saturday Night Live.’ She voiced the character of Snow White in ‘Charming’ in 2018.
