Kim Min-seok, better known with his stage name as Xiumin, is an actor and singer from South Korea. He rose to fame when he joined the South Korean-Chinese band named ‘Exo.’ He was selected as the seventh member of ‘Exo,’ in 2012. ‘Exo’ debuted on April 8, 2012. Three years later, Xiumin made his theatre debut as ‘Aquila’ in the musical ‘School of Oz’.
In 2015, he played the lead character of ‘Na Do-jeon’ in web series ‘Falling for Challenge.’ The web drama was the most watched show in South Korea in 2015. The series attained more than 20 million views within three weeks of its release.
He made his film debut in South Korean film ‘Seondal: The Man Who Sells River,’ in 2016.
He was the main cast in the show, ‘Travel without Manager,’ in 2017.
He was seen as a regular cast member in the reality TV show ‘It's Dangerous Beyond the Blankets.’
